These “Terms of Sale in the Online Store” (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the procedure for the purchase and sale of goods through the online store and constitute an official public offer addressed to individuals. The Seller and the Buyer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.” Each Party guarantees the other Party that they possess the necessary legal capacity and authority, as well as all rights and powers required and sufficient to conclude and fulfill the purchase and sale agreement.
By ordering goods through the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Terms outlined below. When placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the terms of sale through the online store and provide the necessary information for order processing.
The Buyer has the right to contact the Seller by phone if they have any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the goods before placing an order. The price of goods may be changed unilaterally by the Seller; however, the price of a product already ordered will not be changed within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.
The Seller is not liable for any damages caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the goods purchased in the online store. The Seller is also not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of incorrectly filling out the order form.
Return of Goods: If a product is found to be defective or expired, it will be replaced or refunded within 15 business days from the date of the complaint. Quality goods are not subject to return.
