Privacy Policy

General Provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data at LLC “Detaris” in order to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets. The personal data processing policy at LLC “Detaris” is developed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

The following terms and definitions are used in this Policy:

  • Operator — a legal or natural person who, independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
  • Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).
  • Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction of personal data.
  • Automated Processing of Personal Data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
  • Dissemination of Personal Data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons or providing access to personal data to an unlimited number of persons.
  • Provision of Personal Data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
  • Blocking of Personal Data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data.
  • Destruction of Personal Data — actions resulting in the impossibility of restoring the content of personal data.
  • Anonymization of Personal Data — actions resulting in the inability to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific data subject without additional information.
  • Personal Data Information System — a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
  • Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data — the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a government authority or a person located in another country.

This Policy applies to all personal data of data subjects processed by LLC “Detaris” both with and without the use of automation tools.

Principles and Conditions for Personal Data Processing

The processing of personal data at LLC “Detaris” is carried out based on the following principles:

  • Legality and fair basis;
  • Limitation of personal data processing to the achievement of specific, predefined, and lawful purposes;
  • Prohibition of processing personal data incompatible with the purposes of collection;
  • Processing only those personal data that are adequate to the purposes of processing;
  • Correspondence of the content and scope of processed personal data to the stated processing purposes;
  • Ensuring accuracy, sufficiency, and relevance of personal data with respect to the purposes of processing.

LLC “Detaris” processes personal data only if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data;
  • The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
  • The processing of personal data is necessary for the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties;
  • The processing is based on other legal grounds provided by applicable law.

LLC “Detaris” undertakes not to disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, unless otherwise provided by law.

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as to request the rectification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or obtained unlawfully.

The processing of personal data for the purposes of promoting goods, works, services, or political campaigning is allowed only with the prior consent of the data subject. In case of objection, the data subject has the right to demand the immediate cessation of such processing.

It is prohibited to make decisions based solely on the automated processing of personal data that produce legal effects for the data subject unless otherwise provided by law or with the consent of the subject.
